We've created a "start-up" within our company. We used "Livefyre studio" to capture some interactions on the website which we set up for this start-up. Livefyre Studio app helped us to create content easily, reach the audience that we needed and actively get comments. Comments from prospective users add value to the website content and that would be really helpful to achieve our goals with clarity.
  • Easy to implement
  • User-friendly
  • Real-time conversation!
  • Ratings & Reviews
  • Reporting
  • Analytics can be improved
  • We all want it free! :)
If you are going to produce a new product and also you want to get feedback from your potential customers related to this new product, you should definitely use Livefyre Studio app. Positive or negative instant comments at this point can take you and your application forward.
  • Improve contents
  • Improve user activities
It's really easy to implement that app but should improve some analytics.
From purchasing to implementation, the customer service/support was really perfect!
I used Disqus about 5-6 years ago, but I've wanted to try the Livefyre app, and it was really quite a good experience for me.

  • It provides and allows comments and comment management that is fast, seamless and shareable.
  • Having used disquss, WordPress comments and many others I like Livefyre better for its seamless integration and transparency
  • It is really nice that they have a range of services from free to enterprise with increasing functionality and benefits.
  • Obviously we all want it all free! So make it all free and woohoo!
  • A complaint about the price point leaps is that they are pretty steep, goes from free to pricey real fast.
  • The comment management tools although easy and fast are a bit limited.
  • I dont use it right now for a revenue purpose but it has increased conversations and comments
  • We use the free version on several sites right now so the ROI is awesome
We are planning to continue using Livefyre comments on several of our blog properties due to its simplicity, transparency and speed of operation. We are actively researching it's more advanced features for some other platforms that need higher end results. Keep up the good work Livefyre.
Start with the Livefyre comments to get in integrated and rolling. Then build out the more collaborative and social tools and strategies. Start moving towards a bigger integration with small steps.
